Elwin "Buz" Slade, Designated Broker  
​Buz Slade, as Associate Broker-Partner, assumed the role of Designated Broker of Arch Real Estate in November 2024.  With a background in construction and masonry in Arizona and Colorado, Buz brings to the table a wealth of experience in problem-solving, project management, as well as a decade in real estate.  It is immediately apparent that Buz has a caring attitude and outstanding moral compass in every transaction and contact.

Jodie Birch created the name "Arch" in 2014 to describe the role of the boutique brokerage in forming the arch between buyers and sellers in Southern Arizona.
She has been in real estate 30 years, including as an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker, Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices, selling New-Builder homes, and as Designated Broker of Birch Realty, LLC (DBA Arch Real Estate) since 2000.
